Adding their favourite themes, for instance, a Mickey Mouse, Disneyland, space, cars, or Barbie doll one in their room is easy. These themes can be incorporated as murals on the walls, in their bed linen or even as cushions in their shapes. In fact, a bed designed in the shape of a car is a trendy one for a sports car fan.
Wood is good
The use of natural materials in interior design especially while planning your children’s room is a great idea and is the latest trend globally. - No drawers; go in for open shelves
- No wardrobes with self-locking doors; have open shelves or storage baskets
- No overhanging wiring or open plug points at low height
Ensure the flooring is made of non-skid tiles, and add a good carpet or play mat for greater safety.
